Discovery Precision Machining Inc. is a privately owned, AS9100 and ISO9001, state of the art, precision machining facility, with a total area of 17000 sq feet and located within minutes of Toronto, Ontario. We provide a complete range of components from small bushings, to highly complex assemblies. We specialize in the development, machining and manufacturing of components and assemblies for the requirements in various Aerospace, Electronic, Power Generation, Medical and Molding Industries.
Machining Professionals
Our machining capabilities are backed by a wide range of machining centers with a turning capability of up to 80″ in length, CNC milling centers capable of handling all small to medium components with an envelope size of 20” width and 60” length, highly skilled machinists, an ERP system, experienced engineering personnel backed by our quality system that helps us to maintain a superior level of service to our customers. The well trained and knowledgeable program management staff at Discovery Precision Machining is at hand to support and provide all relevant information and status updates on customer account/programs.
We have over the last 20 years been manufacturing, purchasing & supplying our components and assemblies to our OEM and after market customers. We specialize but are not limited to the manufacture of components in stainless steel, high strength steel forgings, aluminum extrusion, castings, forgings, titanium, aluminum nickel bronze and various other materials. Discovery Precision is currently manufacturing components on several Boeing, Bombardier, and Airbus programs, servicing direct customers like Raytheon Technologies, Mitsubishi Heavy Industries and supporting other major aerospace manufacturers sub tier requirements. We also service customers like, Thornhill Medical, Smiths Detection, Novx Microsystems, MDA, and Top Grade Molds in our sphere of manufacturing activities.
